Our community: Wilmington is a community nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Cape Fear River and is an attractive location for families, singles, and retirees who enjoy great weather and outdoor recreational activities including golf, swimming, surfing, fishing and boating.  The community is a host to two institutions of higher education (Cape Fear Community College and the University of North Carolina Wilmington) and many small, medium, and large businesses.  The area is growing rapidly as people seek to live in a location that is vibrant but still has a small-town feel.  Our church building is located in a residential neighborhood situated not far from the heart of downtown – an ideal location to minister to our city.
