What to Expect

Come As You Are to See Who Christ Is

Expect no dress code

We take God seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our dress code is casual, but our worship is not.  Whether you are wearing a business suit or boardshorts, you’re welcome to worship with us. Just come as you are.

Expect to meet someone

Visiting a new church, especially when you haven’t been in a while, can be stressful. We understand that. So we want to do everything we can to welcome you and help you feel comfortable. We are going to do our best to reach out to you. Friendships happen here.

Expect to stay about an hour

Our worship service is designed to last about one hour. However, most people stay around for another hour just talking and enjoying each other’s company.

Expect a nursery for young children

We are glad to provide a nursery for infants and toddlers up to the age of 3, and your child’s safety is our first concern. If you want to keep your children in the service with you, you are also welcome to do that as long as distruptions are minimal.

Expect to be challenged

We are committed to teaching and preaching the Bible as the Word of God and Jesus Christ as the Son of God. What we discover may be challenging at times. We hope you will come with an open heart and mind to consider the claims of Christ and the Bible.

Expect God’s presence

We believe that when we gather to worship the audience is God, not us. We also believe that as we sing, pray, and read his Word, God makes himself known to us by faith. We hope that you will come expecting to find Him among us.
